My name is JD. That’s me on the left, very frustrated with a leaky nasal situation. I live in Orlando, Florida. I have been married since approximately 2007-04-14 17:45:00 EST to a very beautiful woman. This may seem in opposition to the nerd credo that beauty is on the inside. However, she is beautiful throughout. I also have a beta fish at my desk, and his name is Brutus, but I think he’s going to die soon because he’s having difficulty eating. He is around two years old. My current job within Market Research leaves me with a great deal of free time some days. On those days, I hope to populate this blog with entries.
I decided to create this blog in order to record my own advances in the area of Excel or Access automation and VBA code writing. Recently I switched computers at the office to one that was far superior, yet I lost all of my custom functions and macros that had been stored on the old machine. At one point, using the old computer, I had figured out how to store custom functions and macros as an add-in, for use any time Excel was opened. I was horrified to realize that I had forgotten how I did that. Then I remembered and posted this. And now it lives forever on the interweb.
If you would like to contact me for any reason, you can do so via email. The address is below, in image format in a foolhardy attempt at foiling the spam artists.
At any rate, give peas a chance, live the examined life, and enjoy my blog.
